We will read and assess your manuscript
and give you an honest critique of your work. Our assessment will
highlight the good qualities in your writing, as well as pointing out the
areas where your manuscript can be improved upon. You will receive advice
on whether your manuscript is in a saleable condition, whether the concept
is marketable and comments on your writing ability. We can even help you
to approach agents and publishers, help you formulate book proposals, or
write a synopsis or query letter.

Types of Manuscripts Assessed
Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts are to be emailed to
info@ambienceproductions.com.au as an attachment in Microsoft
Word (doc) format. The first page of your manuscript should include all of
your contact details.
In the body of the email include your
name, address, contact number and email address. Also state what type of
manuscript it is (e.g. fiction novel, non-fiction article etc.), the word
length, and the title of the piece.
The appropriate fee payment should be
made at the time of submission using the corresponding PayPal payment
buttons below. Manuscripts sent without the appropriate fee will not be
read and assessed.
The response time for manuscripts
varies, depending on the nature of the work and the word length. As a
general guide, expect your appraisal returned within 1 - 3 weeks.
All assessments will be sent as a
PDF attachment to the author's provided email address.

We are not interested in manuscripts
over 200,000 words.
These prices are in US Dollars
and include manuscript assessment and basic editing (spelling, punctuation
and grammar) ONLY.
Prices do not include heavy editing of poorly written material or
structure editing. Any material that requires this extra work will need to
be viewed first and quoted on. Also, if you require further services; such
as advice on approaching agents and publishers, or the writing of book
proposals, query letter or a synopsis, contact us with details and we will
promptly quote you on the job. |
