1) Employees, Associates, Relatives and Friends of Ambience Productions are not permitted to enter.

2) Entry is free.

3) All entries must be original works produced by the submitting poet.

4) You may enter a maximum of 2 poems.

5) All poetry genres (categories) will be accepted for entry. No preference will be given to a particular genre.

6) The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7) No entry materials will be returned to contestants.

8) The Ambience Poetry Contest 2010 is international and open to contestants from all countries.

9) Ambience Productions will not be held responsible for material lost in transit, mislaid, misdirected, damaged or submitted after the contest deadline.

10) Ambience Productions will not be held responsible for submissions that are a breach of copyright.

11) No liability is taken by Ambience Productions in the unlikely event that the Ambience Poetry Contest 2010 is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.

12) In the event of a co-creator of a submitted work, the division of the prize money is considered to be the responsibility of the winners.

13) All rights to the material remain the property of the entrant/poet.

14) The Ambience Poetry Contest 2010 is sponsored and judged by Ambience Productions.

15) The deadline for entries into the Ambience Poetry Contest 2010 is: 31st October, 2010.

16) Winners will be announced: 20th November, 2010.
