1) Employees, Associates, Relatives and Friends of
Ambience Productions are not permitted to enter.
2) Entry fee is US $25.00 per single
photo submission and US $40.00 per triple photo submission.
3) All entries must be original works produced by the
submitting photographer.
4) You may enter as many times as you wish. The fee must
accompany each individual entry or triple entry.
5) All photographic genres (categories) will be accepted for
entry. No preference will be given to a particular genre.
6) The judges' decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
7) No entry materials will be returned to contestants.
8) The Ambience Photography Contest 2008 is international and open to
contestants from all countries.
9) Entry fees to the Ambience
Photography Contest 2008 are
non-refundable.
10) Ambience Productions will not be held responsible
for material lost in transit, mislaid, misdirected, damaged or submitted
after the contest deadline.
11) Ambience Productions will not be held responsible
for submissions that are a breach of copyright.
12) If for any reason the Ambience
Photography Contest 2008 does not
reach expected response, the total prize money may be adjusted
accordingly.
13) If the Ambience Photography Contest 2008 exceeds expected
response, the total prize money may be adjusted accordingly.
14) No liability is taken by Ambience Productions in the
unlikely event that the Ambience Photography Contest 2008 is cancelled due to
circumstances beyond our control.
15) The Entry Fee/s per submission is a fee
charged for viewing and processing the submitted materials, and serves as
a processing, handling and judging fee. The processing, handling and
judging fee is a
prerequisite for entering the Ambience Photography Contest 2008.
16) In the event of a co-creator of a submitted work,
the division of the prize money is considered to be the responsibility of
the winners.
17) All rights to the photos remain the property of the
entrant/photographer.
18) The Ambience Photography Contest 2008 is sponsored and
judged by Ambience Productions.
19) The deadline for
entries into the Ambience Photography Contest 2008 is: 29th February, 2008.
20) Winners will be announced: 31st
March, 2008.
21) First Prize US $500; Second Prize US $250; Third
Prize US $150; Fourth Prize US $100.
22) By submitting an entry to the Ambience
Photography Contest
2008,
you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry.
